About Me
A Little Snippet
Within my Fine Art Practice I am heavily interested in objects and artifacts. I enjoy exploring their life histories in detail. The juxtaposition between the archaic and the modern is one of the main features of my work. I am interested in the importance of ritualistic function, and how inderviduals create narratives through objects. My practice explores the medium of surface, combining painting, drawing, printmaking and textiles.

This essay explores how Abstract Expressionism is heralded as a movement that celebrated the achievements of the “white male artist”, which has later become synonymous with the members of the New York School.
